Not sure why the store would promote to have people download an app that takes storage up on their phone if no map is included, especially for a mall of that size. I would have loved to enjoy the mall a little more, if I had access to a map. Spent 2 1/2 hours there & only made it to 2 stores that I found all by accident. I did finally find the store, but I’m sure I did a lot of unnecessary walking. The ‘L’ on that kiosk didn’t work, so I couldn’t even search for the store I was looking for. If you search for a store, it doesn’t even tell you where that store is located. It made me sign up for the rewards program(which I will never use) but no access to a map.
I chose the app option as I wanted a map of the mall at my fingertips.
Went to the kiosk & it says you can either tap the screen to search or download the app. I’m from out of state & was excited to visit the Mall of America for the first time.
